You can move it by holding the edges to zoom in. The cropping here is manual and you would have a crop guide overlay on the video. At the bottom, you will have the “rotate & crop” icon, tap on it and you would be able to crop your video. Next, tap on the Edit option in the top-right corner of the screen.
To do that, open the Photos app on your iPhone and select the video you’d like to crop.
